“Allstate Glass is excellent. Someone threw a beer bottle through the back window of my Blazer. I handled the claim through insurance and took it to Allstate for repair. I called around town first, and most shops in the area were telling me it would be 4 or 5 days to get it fixed. Allstate said they could get the part in stock that evening and have it fixed the next morning. I dropped the car off at 2 p.m. so they'd have it. I got a call at 3:30 p.m. that the part had come in early and it was finished. This same-day service really was appreciated since I had some out of town obligations.

“I needed to get my windshield replaced after noticing a growing Crack on the passenger's side. I called at 8 am. A pleasant service rep answered and asked how she could help. I told her that I had a crack and wanted to know if I could have it repaired or replaced. She stated that it would have to be replaced. I asked how much and a few moments later she quoted what I thought was a fair price. I asked how long it would take and she stated about an hour."

He introduced himself and stated we would have to do a walk thru of the vehicle to inspect for any damage prior to the taking it to the back for the repair. At 8:30 we finished and he took my vehicle in the back to be repaired."
